Spring Football edition of The Frank Wilson Show set for Wednesday night

SAN ANTONIO — A special Spring Football edition of The Frank Wilson Radio Show will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 11, at the brand-new Walk-On's location (11075 IH-10 W) and carried live on Ticket 760 AM.

Fans are invited to join head coach Frank Wilson, host Andy Everett and student-athletes Greg Campbell Jr. and Andrew Martel for the one-hour show at the newest Walk-On's location in San Antonio. Fans also can call into the show to ask questions by dialing 210-736-9760.

The special edition of the show will preview the eighth annual UTSA Football Fiesta Spring Game presented by HealthTexas Medical Group, which will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 14, at Dub Farris Athletic Complex (8400 North Loop 1604 West).

The Frank Wilson Show will air live on Ticket 760 AM in the San Antonio area, online at http://ticket760.com and via the free iHeartRadio app.

The Frank Wilson Show is part of an agreement between UTSA Athletics, Learfield's Roadrunners Sports Properties and iHeartMedia.

Admission and parking are free for the UTSA Football Fiesta Spring Game. Gates will open at 11 a.m. and there will be a team gear sale from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Fans can listen to a live broadcast of the game beginning at 12:30 p.m. on Ticket 760 AM in the San Antonio area, online at http://ticket760.com and via the free iHeartRadio app. Andy Everett (play-by-play) and Jay Riley (analyst) will call all the action, and they will be joined by selected UTSA football student-athletes for interviews during the broadcast.

UTSA, which returns 10 starters and both kickers, is coming off its second straight season of being bowl eligible.
 
The Roadrunners will open the 2018 season on Sept. 1 at Arizona State in Tempe, Ariz. UTSA's home opener against Baylor is slated for the following Saturday at the Alamodome. Season tickets are on sale now by calling 210-458-UTSA (8872) or visiting goUTSA.com/tickets.
