ARLINGTON, Texas – Jasmin Starr and Kylee Kato registered singles wins but UTSA dropped a 5-2 decision against UT Arlington at the UTA Tennis Center Saturday.
Starr paired with Keegan McCain and claimed a win over the Mavericks top duo but the Roadrunners fell in the other two matches and faced a 1-0 deficit heading into singles.

"We lost a tough one today against a good UT Arlington team," head coach Ki Kroll said. "Learning from this loss will be critical but overall the team is fighting and that's a good place to be."
