SAN ANTONIO – No.49 Charlotte posted a 4-2 win over UTSA men's tennis on Saturday afternoon at the UTSA Tennis Center.
In singles, Tiago Torres (Lisbon, Portugal) earned his 9th win of the season, defeating Coy Simon (Charleston, S.C.) 6-3, 6-2 on court 3.
In doubles, Joao Ceolin (Palotina, Brazil) and Javier Gonzalez (San Fernando, Chile) win their 6th consecutive match as they defeat the No.78 team Stefanos Savva (Paralimni, Cyprus) and Simon, 6-3 on court 1.
Tomorrow, the Roadrunners will face the No.39 SMU with first serve at 10 a.m. at the UTSA Tennis Center.
