The Roadrunners will travel a lineup of Camryn Carreon, Morgan Ellison, Daniela Abonce, Olivia Williams and Hunter Nugent to face 15 other teams, including a dozen that appear in the top 50 in the latest Golfstat rankings. UTSA will compete against Charlotte, No. 37 Houston, Illinois, No. 27 Iowa State, No. 45 Maryland, No. 43 NC State, No. 50 North Texas, No. 18 Oklahoma State, No. 28 SMU, No. 10 Texas A&M, Texas State, No. 29 Texas Tech, No. 40 Tennessee, No. 35 Tulsa and No. 11 USC.

UTSA is coming off a 10th-place finish at the Paradise Invitational earlier this month in Boca Raton, Florida. Carreon tied for 10th place at 2-under-par 214 en route to posting her second straight and 11th career top-10 finish.
Carreon paces the Roadrunners with a 73.54 stroke average this season. The senior from San Antonio has finished in the top 10 three times with a top finish of sixth at the Dale McNamara Invitational last October.
Abonce and Ellison are tied for second on the squad, as each owns a 74.46 average through six tournaments this season. Abonce, a freshman from Mexico, logged her best finish at the Dale McNamara Invitational where she tied for 16th. Ellison, a sophomore out of Georgia, grabbed a share of 10th at the same event last fall for her best showing of the campaign.
Olivia Williams enters the week with a 76.4 scoring average and Nugent totes a 77.33 mark.
UTSA has played in the ICON Invitational twice previously, finishing seventh in 2019 and 13th the following year when the event was held at The Woodlands Country Club.
