Q: Why did you choose UTSA?

Tye Odom: "I chose UTSA because of the culture of the baseball team and what our coaches are trying to build here." 
 
Q: What do you like most about being a student-athlete at UTSA? 

Tye Odom: "What I like most about being a student-athlete is being able to talk to students and tell them about coming out to support our sports teams." 
 
Q: How did you first get involved in playing baseball? 

Tye Odom: "I got involved in my sport because of my dad who loved baseball." 
 
Q: What are you majoring in and what do you hope to do following your athletic career? 

Tye Odom: "I am majoring in kinesiology and plan on getting my master's in business to pursue medical sales." 

Q: What is an interesting fact about you that most people might not know?

Tye Odom: "One interesting fact about me is that I like to fish." 
 
Q: Who has been the most influential person in your life? 

Tye Odom: "The most influential person I have been around is my mother because she is so hard-nosed and dedicated in everything she does."
