Stuedeman announces fall softball schedule

UTSA will play eight contests, including six at Roadrunner Field

SAN ANTONIO – On Friday, head UTSA softball coach Vann Stuedeman officially revealed the fall slate, with the ‘Runners set to play eight games, including six exhibitions at Roadrunner Field. Admission for all home contests will be free of charge.

UTSA will open up the fall campaign against Temple College on Friday, Sept. 20, at 6 p.m. They’ll then host a doubleheader against St. Edward’s and Trinity Valley Communality College on Sunday, Sept. 29 at 1 p.m., ahead of a Wednesday, Oct. 9 faceoff with San Jacinto at 6 p.m.

 The ‘Runners will hit the road on Tuesday, Oct. 11, for a fall I-35 Showdown beginning at 6 p.m. They’ll return to Roadrunner Field with a Friday, Oct. 20 matchup against McLennan on the docket at 2 p.m. before heading across town to meet Our Lady of the Lake on Tuesday, Oct. 27 at noon. UTSA will close out the campaign on Friday, Nov. 8, against Grayson College with a 4 p.m. first pitch at Roadrunner Field.
