UTSA/Tulsa game time, network designation announced

IRVING, Texas — UTSA’s American Athletic Conference road game against Tulsa on Saturday, Oct. 26, will kick off at 2:30 p.m. and air on ESPN+, the league office announced on Monday.

The Roadrunners and Golden Hurricane will meet for the second time on the gridiron next weekend at H.A. Chapman Stadium in Tulsa, Oklahoma. UTSA registered a 34-15 road victory on Nov. 2, 2013, in the only previous meeting.

UTSA (2-4, 0-2 AAC) is back home to host Florida Atlantic (2-4, 0-2) for Homecoming this Saturday, Oct. 19. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m. at the Alamodome and that contest will air on ESPN+ and Sports Radio AM 760 The Ticket.

Fans can purchase tickets online or by calling the UTSA Ticket Office at 210-458-UTSA (8872) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

In addition to Homecoming, the game versus Florida Atlantic also is UTSA’s Salute to Healthcare and is part of UTSA Family Weekend. A complete list of UTSA’s official Homecoming events can be found online at utsa.edu/homecoming.

UTSA Athletics also will be celebrating the 2024 Hall of Fame Class during Homecoming weekend. Derrick Gervin (men’s basketball), Monica Gibbs (women’s basketball), Michael Rockett (baseball), Starlite Williams (women’s basketball, track & field) and Teddy Williams (men’s track & field) will be honored on the field during the Homecoming game, while the induction ceremony is set for Friday, Oct. 18, at Pedrotti’s Ranch.
