SAN ANTONIO — UTSA is set to host UT Arlington at 11 a.m. on Friday, Apr. 4 at the UTSA Tennis Center in San Antonio, Texas for the regular season finale.
The Roadrunners are 17-4 on the year with a 9-1 home record, an 8-2 road record and a 0-1 record in neutral site matches. All four losses on the year have come against American Athletic Conference opponents.
As a squad, the Roadrunners are 68-29 in singles play with all eight student-athletes holding a winning percentage above .500. In doubles, UTSA is 34-20 on the year with a team of Valeria Sanchez and Ekua Youri recording the most wins with eight.
UT Arlington is 6-7 with a road record of 1-4 entering the match. They took down Tarleton 4-2 in their last match played on Mar. 30 at the UTA Tennis Center in Arlington, Texas.
After the regular season finale, UTSA will travel to Memphis, Tenn. To play in the American Athletic Conference Championship starting on Thursday, Apr. 17.
