Played in 13 games and earned a pair of starts … posted 38 total tackles, 20 solo stops, 0.5 tackles for loss, four pass breakups, one interception and a quarterback hurry … registered a season-high 12 tackles in the 44-38 double-overtime win at UAB … had three stops, picked off a pass and added a PBU and hurry in the 48-27 win against North Texas in the Conference USA Championship Game … tallied six tackles in the 45-30 road triumph over Middle Tennessee … logged five tackles in the 34-31 comeback win over UTEP … was in on three stops and broke up a pass in the 31-28 victory against WKU.

Redshirt Sophomore (2021)
Appeared in all 14 contests and made six starts at cornerback … posted 41 total tackles, 27 solo stops, 2.5 tackles for loss and a team-high seven pass breakups … registered a season-high seven tackles in the 49-41 win over WKU in the Conference USA Championship Game … matched his season best with seven stops against San Diego State in the Frisco Bowl … logged three PBUs to go along with five tackles in the 52-46 road triumph over WKU … made five tackles, including 1.5 TFL, in the 45-0 blanking of Rice … broke up a pair of passes in the 44-23 win at UTEP.

Redshirt Freshman (2020)
Conference USA All-Freshman Team selection at defensive back … played in nine games and drew five starts at cornerback … registered 28 tackles, including 13 solo stops and one tackle for loss, to go along with three pass breakups and a forced fumble … earned his first start against Army and posted a season-high 10 tackles and a forced fumble … made five stops and broke up a pass in the 52-21 rout of UTEP … had four tackles in the 23-20 road win over Southern Miss … recorded a PBU in each of the final two games of the season.

Speedy and athletic cornerback for head coach Brent Whitson at South Grand Prairie High School in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex … earned first-team all-district honors at returner and second-team accolades at defensive back in 2018 … helped the Warriors advance to the Class 6A Division playoffs as a senior … first-team all-district performer as a junior … his fourth-quarter interception secured a win against Cedar Hill and clinched a spot in the Class 6A Division I playoffs … the Warriors advanced to the area round of the playoffs that season.
